PPSSPP: use a development build from 15 Oct 2026 or newer. Settings → Networking: turn on networking/WLAN, type any username, turn off DNS Autoconfigure and set the DNS server above.
Multiplayer → Combat Zone (Online) → Create Account. Username: up to 12 characters. Password: 4 to 8 letters and numbers, case sensitive.
